Why We Started
2020 Fire

Giving trusted advice to keep people safe is at the heart of what we do. Our vision was to provide a long-term approach to fire safety. After 18 years elsewhere in fire protection, in early 2010, that journey commenced.

Our name was born from “20/20 vision”.

This means:

  • We see your fire system with clarity.
  • We are transparent in our reporting.
  • We visualise the building holistically to keep people safe.
  • We've developed a team.

Since commencing in 2010, we have grown a team of passionate fire safety experts – here to help you and your building stay safe from fire.

No building is too big or small. We’re here to help reduce your headaches!

”There is no fire protection company that is more focused on customer service than 2020 Fire Protection. We provide all the info you need to achieve a simple, justifiable annual fire safety statement. #lessheadaches”

Rob Broadhead – Director at 2020 Fire Protection

How We Work

Less Headaches

We give you less headaches bv doing things right the first time, summarising works in plain English, while transparently explaining why those works are required by law.

Professional Service

2020 Fire Protection and its management team are at the forefront of professionalising our industry through training and accreditation. All our Technicians are enrolled in, or accredited in the FPAS scheme and committed to continuous professional development. Our quality delivery is underpinned by JAZ/ANZ triple certification in ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental) and AS/NZS4801 (Safety)

Trusted Experts

Many clients have been with us for over a decade! We earned their trust through quality work, transparent reporting and great relationships. We are here for our customers in the long-term and that is reflected in the trust and loyalty they’ve shown.

Affordable Solutions

We always offer the most cost-effective solution for the long-term reliability of your building. If that’s not the best price at face value we’re always happy to review or explain. We offer solutions that last at affordable prices!

Our Team

2020 Fire Protection started as a family business and we’ve retained that feel as we’ve grown. We’re always looking to the future as we provide long-term focus for our clients and their buildings unless we have even longer-term support for our staff and their careers.

Our core team have been with us for years, some since the beginning and most have progressed to senior roles after years of training, mentoring and on the job experience!
